Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:
   • The contest is open to legal residents of Canada aged 18 and older.
   • Employees of Mercedes-Benz Regina, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to win.
2. How to Enter:
   • Customers will receive one entry into the draw for every service transaction completed during the contest period.
   • Only one entry per customer per service visit. Service transactions cannot be split into multiple invoices to generate additional entries.
   • Qualifying service must be paid in full at the time of the transaction.
3. Contest Period:
   • The contest runs from January 1st, 2025, to February 28th, 2025.
   • Draws will occur on or around January 31st, 2025, and February 29th, 2025.
4. Prize:
   • Each winner will receive a trip package to Las Vegas, including airfare and accommodation for two.
   • The trip must be booked within six months of the draw date and is subject to availability.
   • Any additional upgrades or modifications to the trip will be at the winner’s expense.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
   • Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on the specified draw dates.
   • Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within seven days of the draw.
   • If the winner does not respond within seven days of being notified, they forfeit the prize, and another winner will be drawn.
6. General Conditions:
   • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
   • Winners are responsible for any additional expenses, including travel insurance, meals, taxes, and personal expenditures.
   • By participating, winners agree to allow Mercedes-Benz Regina to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
7. Privacy:
   • Personal information collected for contest entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
   • All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
